This policy explains what personal information JFK Communications collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. JFK Communications is the controller of that information.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, your company, your email address and your message. The sign-up box in the footer asks for your email address, and we use it only to send you the occasional piece we have written.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it. If your enquiry turns into a working relationship, we keep our correspondence as a record of it. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Who handles it
The site is built and hosted on Webflow, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Spam is filtered by Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read. These providers process data on our instructions; we do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets cookies needed to display pages correctly, and analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Correspondence connected to work we carried out is kept for as long as we need it for business and legal records.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to us and we will act on it.
Children
This site is aimed at people working in the life sciences industry. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
