Kouten and David Avitabile, two healthcare communications industry veterans with nearly 40 years of combined experience working in communications positions at leading global pharmaceutical companies, and at major healthcare public relations and medical communications agencies both in the US and Europe. John F. Kouten launched JFK Communications, Inc. in 2004. JFK Communications, Inc. was founded to provide innovative public relations solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology industries. David Avitabile has more than 15 years of experience in public relations and medical communications, and the experience of senior-level roles in Europe and the United States. Stephen Bingham has 20 years of experience in the healthcare communications field. At JFK, this expertise is put to use with pharmaceutical, specialty pharma and medical technology clients. Sara L. Kouten has been with JFK Communications for more than four years and oversees all financial and organizational operations. Maureen Miller serves JFK Communications as a senior account executive supporting key accounts such as Eisai Inc. and Fujirebio Diagnostics. Kara Wall is an intern at JFK Communications, joining the team in June, 2008. Kara supports all the JFK account teams with research for existing clients as well as new business. Peter Steinberg has a career spanning over 20 years in healthcare communications, specializing in the development and refinement of messages for professional and consumer audiences. Alyssa supports JFK Communications, Inc. as a media relations and strategy specialist.
Alyssa’s background includes over seven years spent with PResence EURO RSCG. Eliza Schleifstein has more than 15 years experience as a media relations specialist. For the majority of her career, Eliza worked at some of New York City’s larger agencies.
Sharon Weinstein is an investor relations professional with more than 20 years experience helping companies of all sizes communicate effectively with key financial audiences.
